Troy practises in the area of corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, procurement, and complex commercial transactions relating to technology.

He regularly advises on venture and private equity financings and the purchase and sale of private businesses, often with a cross-border component. He also regularly advises clients on the procurement, distribution, outsourcing and repatriation of technology and related services.
