Trey Chancellor, partner, serves as Counsel with the firm’s Transactional and Development practice groups, where he counsels owners, operators, developers, and investors in all facets of commercial real estate transactions from the acquisition and disposition to the financing and development of commercial assets.

Prior to joining Sheley, Hall & Williams in 2021, Trey was an associate with a boutique commercial real estate law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
