Josh Schwartz is a Partner with the firm’s Leasing, Transactional, and Development groups whose practice involves all elements of modern commercial real estate transactions. Josh focuses his practice on the representation of owners and landlords in the leasing of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on complex office, mixed-use and industrial leasing throughout the United States, as well as assisting clients with related asset management matters. Josh also has extensive experience representing tenants and users in lease transactions.
In addition, Josh works with owners, developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of a wide variety of commercial assets, ranging from Class A office towers to multi-family apartment complexes. Josh also assists clients with corporate and organizational documentation in connection with their real estate businesses.
