Ryan Metzler’s (partner) practice focuses on the representation of owners, developers, and investors in all phases of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing of their real estate assets, and the structuring of equity investments and joint ventures. Ryan’s clients are involved in all typed of asset classes and markets throughout the United States.

While providing counsel to his clients to ensure that their objectives are achieved in each transaction, Ryan takes a practical approach to closing deals that lends itself to successful transactions for the involved parties. He assists his clients in analyzing each deal to identify the practical risks and to problem solve issues.
