Touko Raitis handles a wide range of corporate insolvency matters and serves as a court-appointed administrator and liquidator.
He has been involved in several of the most significant insolvency proceedings in Finland.
Touko regularly assists our corporate and private clients in dispute resolution before courts, in arbitration proceedings, and through negotiations.
