Career

Tito graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and is currently attending Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV to obtain a LL.M in Infrastructure and Regulation. Tito concentrates his expertise on the oil & gas and energy industries and has been involved in numerous transactions and cases related to such sectors.

His experience includes advisory in connection to ANP Bidding Rounds, draft of contracts (farmout agreements, JOAs, service provision and etc.), advisory in administrative litigation, preparation of regulatory consultations with ANP, ANEEL and other federal and state regulating bodies and, notably, the preparation of legal opinions and other advisory work on complex legal matters pertaining to the Brazilian oil, natural gas and biofuels industry and its regulation as well as Public Law matters related to the sector.

Tito also has experience assisting clients with day-to-day corporate issues and was involved in some of the most relevant M&A operations of the industry in past years. Prior to joining Veirano Advogados, Tito has worked for over a year at the legal department of the ANP and currently has over 4 years of expertise in the oil, natural gas and biofuels industry.
