He is a registered patent agent and has been admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia (non-practising) and as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia. Tim has been practicing in all areas of IP and Technology laws (both contentious and transactional) for nearly 30 years.
