In respect of immigration related matters this encompasses advisory aspects on compliance with local laws, procurement of employment permits as well as representation for any immigration related offences. Area of practice encompasses both contentious and non contentious appearing at all tiers of the courts ranging from the Labour Court, Industrial Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court. She speaks regularly at conferences in addition to conducting in house trainings for corporate clients on a wide array of employment related issues.
