Represents clients in cases before the English courts, the Unified Patent Court and the European Patent Office, and also has experience of pharmaceutical regulatory issues, standards-essential patents, and associated licensing issues. Particular focus upon advising clients on the development and co-ordination of international patent litigation strategy, and managing complex multi-jurisdictional disputes.
