Ari specialises in electronic patent litigation and disputes both in the UK and in the UPC, as well as advising on FRAND issues, portfolio analysis and provides general strategic multi-jurisdictional advice for complex multi-patent, multi jurisdictional cases. Has a huge breadth of experience in the electronics, telecoms and other sectors, derived from his in-depth technical knowledge (PhD, Computer Science) and from experience both in-house and independent legal counsel. Ari has been involved in a number of UPC cases both (first instance and appeal) as an advocate.
