Ari specialises in electronic patent litigation and disputes, as well as advising on licensing, general IP related competition law matters, FRAND issues, portfolio analysis and provides general strategic multi-jurisdictional advice for complex multi-patent, multi country cases. Has a huge breadth of experience in the electronics, telecoms and other sectors, derived from his in-depth technical knowledge (PhD, Computer Science) and from experience both in-house and independent legal counsel.
