Tim advises hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers, sponsors and family offices on the establishment, regulation, corporate governance and ongoing operation of investment funds, as well as the establishment of venture capital and other funding structures. He also regularly advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Based in the Cayman Islands, Tim is a partner in Ogier's Investment Funds team and part of the firm's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. He is also co-head of Ogier's Latin American practice team with a particular focus on the Brazil market, advising a broad range of clients in relation to both inward and outward investments.

He is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and the New Zealand Law Society.
