With over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance matters, Tom has been repeatedly recognized as one the top M&A lawyers in Dallas and a leading M&A lawyer of color in the US. During the past 4 years, Tom has been primary lead on over 40 transactions with a value in excess of $40 billion, including the $21 billion acquisition of Speedway by 7-Eleven from Marathon Petroleum Corp. Tom is active in the Korean, Asian-American communities and The National Asian Pacific Bar Association and is a former President of the Dallas Asian-American Bar Association and is the current Chair of the Dallas Bar Association M&A Committee.
