Career

Thomas is a corporate M&A partner in our Brussels office and heads the Belgian Private Equity Focus Group. With more than 18 years of experience, he advises on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

His practice focuses on corporate M&A and private equity work. He represents corporate clients, private equity funds and other financial investors in their investments, add ons, portfolio assistance (including restructuring advice) and exit transactions, often with an international dimension.

He works across several sectors, such as energy & infrastructure, life sciences and technology.

Thomas is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.

He is recognised, and has been recognised consistently since many years, in his field of expertise by Chambers & Partners (Global & Europe) and The Legal 500. He was also elected twice as Belgian M&A lawyer of the year in the Client Choice Awards.
