Thierry Lohest focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and restructurings for private equity funds and large multinationals. He is co-head of the Private Equity team.

Thierry practices Luxembourg law and is regularly involved in the most significant private equity-related transactions. He has more than 30 years of experience having worked in Brussels, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and London. He is the partner in charge of our London office.

He teaches international business law at the Luxembourg School of Business.
