She provides comprehensive advice to companies and entrepreneurs. She regularly intervenes in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, including company acquisitions and transfers, mergers, spin-offs and other restructuring transactions, capital increases and reductions, business and asset contributions, and asset restructuring. She advises companies in various sectors on corporate matters, assisting them in the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and in the design of internal corporate governance regulations, as well as capital and director remuneration systems. She is the non-director secretary of several companies. On a recurring basis, she also advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts of all kinds, including the purchase and sale of movable and immovable property, joint ventures and strategic alliances, financing, the provision of all kinds of services, technology contracts, distribution, leases, etc.

She also has extensive experience in advising companies in various sectors on the design and implementation of corporate compliance programmes and legal risk assessment systems.
