He began his professional career in 2017 with an internship at CE Consulting Abogados. In 2018 he joined Mavens and became part of the firm’s corporate team.

His practice covers a wide range of corporate finance areas. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, private equity, general corporate law and structured, acquisition and project finance.

He has extensive experience in advising companies on corporate and contractual matters, corporate governance and corporate restructuring.
