Focuses on internal investigations, securities and corporate litigation under federal and state securities laws, and litigation arising out of M&A and other corporate control transactions. Regularly represents hedge funds, funds of funds and mutual funds in proxy contests, litigation, investigations and SEC proceedings. Conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of audit committees of public corporations and mutual fund complexes and has represented issuers and their affiliates in SEC investigations.
