She specialises in the areas of merger control, regulatory investigations, and matters at the intersection of data privacy and competition law. Tara represents clients in a broad range of industries, advising them on their obligations under Irish and EU competition law, the impending Irish foreign direct investment screening regime, and digital regulation.
She routinely advises on complex merger control including Phase II investigations and the impact of competition law and digital regulation on GDPR compliance. She also is experienced in regulatory investigations including responding to dawn raids and submitting cartel immunity applications.
Prior to joining the firm, Tara practised with a top US law firm in both New York and London.
