Conor is a partner in the firm's Corporate M&A team and has extensive experience in the areas of M&A, corporate finance/equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance. He has been involved in a number of high-profile transactions in the Irish market and regularly acts for leading Irish and international public and private companies, as well as individual shareholders, across a range of business sectors including financial services, commercial real estate, telecoms, food/agribusiness, infrastructure and tourism/hospitality.
