He regularly advises on Project Finance, PFI/PPP, and various financial transactions. He has represented national government, municipalities, private companies and financiers in numerous PFI/PPP and procurement projects including all prison projects initiated by the Ministry of Justice, the New Kansai International Airport project, currently the largest ever concession project in Japan. He also advises various Japanese ministries, municipalities, and private sector regarding energy and resources projects.
