Keita Tokura

Keita Tokura’s practice area focuses on M&A, PE/VC investments and Corporate Governance. Notably, Tokura has a depth of knowledge and experience in M&As and investments in technology sector. He is currently serving as a member of the boards of a TSE-listed retail company and a tech start-up company.
