Has experience in the fields of corporate finance and M&A, with a particular focus on private equity deals, acquisition and leveraged finance, debt restructuring, recapitalisation and other complex financial transactions. Inoue regularly advises major Japanese and overseas banking institutions, private equity funds, investment banks and other financial advisors and has extensive experience in the field of leveraged financing deals.

Admitted in Japan (2000), became partner in 2008.
