Vassili regularly represents clients in transactional competition law matters including complex mergers and joint ventures. He also has significant experience representing clients involved in international cartel investigations. Vassili has practised competition law for over 25 years out of Tokyo, Brussels and London. As a result, his practice is both focused on inbound Japanese competition and regulatory advice and on outbound EU and international antitrust/regulatory matters. Vassili has been closely involved with the opening of AMT’s Brussels office in 2024.
