Vassili regularly represents clients in transactional competition law matters including complex mergers and joint ventures. He also has significant experience representing clients involved in international cartel investigations. Vassili has practised competition law for close to 25 years out of Tokyo, Brussels and London. As a result, his practice is both focused on outbound EU and international antitrust matters and on inbound Japanese competition and regulatory advice. Vassili has been closely involved with the opening of AMT’s Brussels office and from 2024 onwards he will be spending some of this time working from there.
