Su-Min specialises in single and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international joint ventures and corporate restructuring, and advises generally on corporate and commercial law. She has substantial experience in advising private equity firms on their take-private transactions, and companies in their venture capital fund raisings.

She was called to the English Bar in 1996, and to the Singapore Bar in 1997. She joined the Firm in 1997.
