Siva Subramaniam is Co-Head of Allen & Gledhill’s Maritime & Aviation Practice and Head of Aviation Finance. He was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia in 1995 and in England and Wales in 1998.
He represents many leading airlines, leasing companies, underwriters, banks, private equity firms and export credit agencies in a wide variety of transactions, such as leveraged leases, operating leases, portfolio sales and financings, sale-leasebacks, securitisation of lease portfolios, and export credit-agency supported loans.
Siva also has extensive experience advising these clients on the restructuring of aircraft leases and in and out-of-court restructuring transactions.
Siva contributed to the Singapore chapter of Lexology In-Depth: Aviation Finance Law (1st Ed, 2024), published by Law Business Research.
