Capital Markets

Glenn’s area of practice encompasses debt capital markets and regulatory capital.

He has advised managers and a range of issuers across the credit spectrum on tapping the capital markets, covering investment grade corporate hybrids, short-term paper and medium term notes, high yield bonds, and raising of regulatory capital, in the form of preference shares, perpetual securities and debt securities. He also covers a breadth of liability management exercises.

Glenn acts for corporates, banks and insurance companies active in Singapore and regionally.

Glenn is also a non-practising solicitor of England and Wales, having been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2006.
