Bor Jern’s areas of expertise span acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate actions and capital markets. He has been involved in advising on a broad range of complicated and notable transactions in various areas including data centres, hospitality, healthcare, and student accommodation.

Bor Jern was formerly the Chief Editor of the Singapore Law Review, being the only student-run law review at the National University of Singapore. He was conferred “Friend of Labour” by the Singapore National Trade Union Congress for his contributions to the Singapore labour movement during the May Day Awards. Bor Jern led the winning team from Allen & Gledhill to emerge as the overall quiz champion in the SGX Cares Bull Charge Ultimate Quiz Challenge.
