Stuart is an experienced commercial advocate with a practice that covers a broad spectrum of business disputes. Stuart’s practice includes commercial fraud, sport, commercial employment disputes (confidential information, restrictive covenants, team moves etc), company law (particularly unfair prejudice) and general commercial/contractual disputes. Stuart is recognised as a leading practitioner in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Sports Law and is head of the 2 Temple Gardens Sports Group.

Stuart is a genuine specialist in dealing with urgent interim applications, including freezing and search orders, disclosure orders, springboard injunctions, and other related orders. As a consequence, Stuart has extensive experience of bringing and defending applications for committal for contempt.
