Stefan Kramer heads Homburger’s Financial Services team. He regularly advises on asset based financings (covered bonds and securitizations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions), payment regulations and financial market infrastructures. He is also a co-head of the firm’s Restructuring and Special Situations group.

Qualified in 2007, registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich. Joined Homburger in 2007, Partner since 2016.

Publications

He regularly publishes on banking and financial market matters and is an editor of the Commentary on the Swiss Banking Act as well as the Commentaries on the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act and the Swiss Financial Services Act.

Graduated as Dr. iur. from the University of Zurich in 2005 and received a Masters Degree (LL.M., International Finance Concentration) from Harvard Law School in 2010.
