Career

Qualified in 2007, registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich. Joined Homburger in 2007, Partner since 2016, Head of the Financial Services practice team since 2024.

Stefan Kramer was a member of several groups of experts advising the Swiss government on the new Swiss DLT Act and related implementing ordinances. Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations, International Bar Association (Legal Practice Division Section: Insolvency).

He regularly publishes on banking and financial market matters and is an editor of the Commentaries on the Swiss Banking Act, the Swiss Financial Market Infrastructure Act and the Swiss Financial Services Act.

Graduated as Dr iur from the University of Zurich in 2005 and received a Masters Degree (LLM, International Finance Concentration) from Harvard Law School in 2010.
