Stan Reiz KC specialises in defending cases of substantial fraud, international money laundering arrangements, murder and large scale drug trafficking. He advises pre-charge in complex and lengthy financial crime investigations and on appeal in post-conviction cases.

Recent cases include successfully defending: a HNWI charged with cheating the public revenue; a defendant acquitted of murder following a collision between a vehicle and two motorbikes; a man acquitted of murder arising from a gang related stabbing inside a dwelling; a defendant acquitted of murder following a group attack in Liverpool City Centre; a young male acquitted of a murder committed during a raid on a cannabis farm and a man found not guilty of rape.

Mr Reiz KC has also recently represented the alleged head of a group responsible for a smuggling operation which defrauded the public revenue of millions of pounds of duty on tobacco and a teenager accused of the the accidental shooting of a school girl who was struck by a stray bullet from a gun he discharged.

Mr Reiz KC is presently instructed to represent the lead defendant in a case which concerns the importation of a tonne of class A drugs; a company director accused in a private prosecution of an £80 million fraud and a man charged with the murder of a woman who was shot and killed inside her home.
