Her experience with both lender-side and borrower-side transactions gives her a practical perspective that gets deals done.
She represents corporate borrowers, private equity funds, private debt funds, banks, and other financial institutions on a wide variety of domestic and international financing transactions, concentrating on acquisitions and investment financing, asset-based lending, health care rollup financing, fund finance transactions, and debt restructurings in single and multiple borrower, single-lender, agented, and participated syndication arrangements involving a wide variety of commercial enterprises.
In addition to her legal practice, Stacie is an active member of several key firm initiatives by serving as the Hiring Partner of the Dallas office, co-chair of the Dallas Women’s Initiative, and a member of the Dallas Diversity Committee.
