Špela excels in Antitrust and Competition, Corporate and Commercial Law and M&A. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on complex merger control and cartel cases before the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency. She also provides advice on different distribution and franchise models and works on other compliance matters. She regularly advises clients from the banking, insurance, telecommunications and FMCG industries. Additionally, she is developing expertise in environmental law and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) matters.
