Helena began working with the firm in 1998 as an Associate and after four years of independent practice re-joined the firm as a Partner in 2005. She co-heads the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and is regularly advising and representing clients in complex litigation proceedings, often including cross-border aspects.
Other areas of her expertise are IP litigation proceedings, in particular in the field of pharmaceutical industry, and energy and environmental law.
