Career

Blaž started his career in the firm and has been a Partner since 2012. He leads the firm's Real Estate practice, which is prominent for taking part in the largest real estate deals in past years, specifically in retail sector.

Blaž regularly advises buyers, sellers and asset managers in all types of real estate transactions and affairs. He also focuses on secured financing deals, especially in cross border projects and, in recent years, also advises on development of renewable energy projects.

He also manages corporate and financial restructurings and negotiates M&A transactions.

For several consecutive years, Blaž has held the distinguished position as Slovenia's sole Band 1 ranked real estate expert.
