Career
Nataša joined the firm in 1997 and has been a partner since 2005. She heads the firm's M&A practice and has over 20 years of experience in advising multinationals on M&A and other complex cross-border transactions, as well as corporate governance issues. Nataša also specialises in competition law and leads the firm's antitrust and competition law team department. Her multidisciplinary practice includes expertise in banking and finance, insurance, IP and capital markets.
