Søren Høgh Thomsen leads our trademark and IP transactions work, specialising in advising on contractual setups, structures and agreements. He excels in drafting, constructing, and negotiating IP transaction contracts and is also actively involved in IP litigation matters. Søren has worked on high-profile international and domestic trademark cases, showcasing his expertise from both prosecution and enforcement perspectives.
