Kenneth Hvelplund Pedersen assists Danish and foreign companies with threatening and pending litigation and arbitration proceedings. Kenneth has worked on a large number of cases before courts and arbitration tribunals. He has also negotiated and advised on many settlements that have spared the client lengthy legal proceedings.
Kenneth has previously worked in our Corporate/M&A practice group where he gained insight into the business of many of our clients. In Corporate/M&A he advised on several significant IPOs and corporate acquisitions, among other matters. Kenneth uses this knowledge actively in his role as a litigator. Knowledge about the clients' businesses is a major strength in the effort to prioritise the issues of a case and obtain a good result in an environment where the battle lines have been drawn by disagreeing parties.
