Mr. Mu graduated from Peking University Law School.

Since joining Zhong Lun Law Firm (Beijing) in 2002, Mr. Mu has been focusing on real estate, and has an extensive track record in real estate investment, real estate investment related dispute resolution, compliance of land and real estate projects, public-private partnership (PPP), mergers & acquisitions, business negotiations, etc. In addition, Mr. Mu serves as retainer-based legal advisor for many major state-owned enterprises and represents such enterprises in litigation, arbitration cases, etc.
