Siri Wennevik

Siri Wennevik is a Partner in HFW’s Shipping team in Singapore. She specialises in international shipping and offshore finance and commercial transactions.

With over 25 years of experience, Siri has successfully advised on a range of complex transactions. She covers a wide range of finance and commercial work, for owners, sponsors, lessees, lessors, banks and other financiers, including syndicated facilities, bonds (Norwegian high yield bonds), export credit finance, sale- and leaseback transactions as well as loan restructuring/workouts, and she is particularly experienced in asset, project and cross-border finance (in particular within the FPSO/FSO space).

Siri also has extensive experience from the Norwegian/Scandinavian markets and from working with Norwegian and Scandinavian clients.
