She covers a wide range of finance and commercial work, for borrowers, lenders and sponsors, including syndicated facilities, bonds (Norwegian high yield bonds), export credit finance, sale- and leaseback transactions as well as loan restructuring/workouts, and she is particularly experienced in asset, project and cross-border finance.
Siri also has extensive experience from the Norwegian/Scandinavian markets and from working with Norwegian and Scandinavian clients.
