Johnny Lim, based in Singapore, is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group, focused on Singapore, South-east Asia and Greater China.

His primary practice areas are in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and capital markets – from acting for issuers on initial public offerings to post-listing corporate actions, special situations, restructurings and privatizations.

Johnny’s clients include Global Fortune-500 multinational corporations, financial institutions, listed companies, private equity and SMEs.

He also advises and supports capital markets intermediaries in licensing applications and stock exchange accreditation applications for issue managers/sponsors as well as for ongoing regulatory compliance matters.

In terms of industry focus, he works closely with clients in financial services, logistics and energy and natural resources. His work regularly includes projects, construction, offtake and financing work in the metals and new energy sectors.

Johnny is fluent in both English and Chinese.
