James Murray is a partner in Milbank’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. James regularly represents participants in the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects in the power (conventional and renewable), oil and gas, petrochemical and mining sectors, and also advises on M&A, acquisition financing and restructuring matters. He has extensive experience advising on large multi-source financings involving ECAs and multi-laterals. For over 20 years he has advised clients on an extensive range of projects throughout Asia, including in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and China.
