Andrew Pendleton is a partner in Milbank’s Global Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group based in Tokyo. Andrew has particular experience supporting sponsors, ECAs and commercial banks on large, multi-sourced project and acquisition financings and restructurings. Many have been highly-complex, award-winning projects where Andrew acted as lead attorney, including a number of refinery, chemical and LNG projects in the Middle East and Asia, mining projects in Africa and Mongolia, and a range of power projects. Andrew has been seconded to an export credit agency and has written for various industry publications.
