Simren’s practice has a specific emphasis on contentious and non-contentious employment law. She regularly represents and advises C-suite executives and organisations in disputes arising from the enforceability of post-termination restrictions, disciplinary proceedings, wrongful dismissal, retrenchments and allegations of harassment, bullying and discrimination. She has also successfully negotiated numerous settlements in the employment context.
