PRP Law LLC is a boutique disputes firm, specialising in Singapore commercial litigation, international arbitration and insolvency. The firm also represents employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The practice is helmed by Pradeep Pillai who was previously a senior disputes partner with leading Singapore law firm Shook Lin & Bok LLP, having practised for 17 years in the firm. Pradeep has been consistently recognised as a leading lawyer in legal publications for his expertise in commercial litigation, employment and insolvency.

PRP Law’s team of lawyers leverages on the combined experience of more than 30 years in large leading law firms and can handle complex matters.

The firm is conflict-free. This allows the firm to take on matters that would present conflicts for other firms which represent major institutions and corporations.

As independent counsel, the firm is able to take on appointments as Singapore counsel for foreign law firms and other local law firms that require its services as counsel.
