Partner Simen Klevstrand heads Haavind’s EU/EEA & competition law practice team. He advises Norwegian and international clients across the full spectrum of competition law matters, including merger control and investment review, JVs and cooperation agreements, dominance issues, distribution agreements, competition litigation, investigations and leniency, as well as state aid matters.
