Partner Simen Klevstrand heads Haavind’s EU/EEA & competition law practice team. He advises Norwegian and international clients across the full spectrum of competition law matters, including merger control and investment review, JVs and cooperation agreements, dominance issues, distribution agreements, competition litigation, investigations and leniency, as well as state aid matters.
His experience within competition law includes merger filings in Norway and the EU, representing clients before Norwegian courts, as well as assistance during investigations by the Norwegian Competition Authority and the European Commission.
Klevstrand has authored a number of articles published in national and international journals and is regularly invited to speak at competition law conferences in Norway.
