Hans-Christian Donjem

Partner Hans-Christian Donjem is head of Haavind’s banking & finance practice team. He focuses on acquisition financing, corporate financing, bond financing and restructuring, where he typically assists private equity firms, financial institutions and public and private companies. He also has considerable experience of other debt structures such as asset-based financing and project financing (renewables and real estate), as well as with corporate law and commercial contracts. Donjem also has extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements and contract law. He supports clients with strategic consulting, business development and legal- and operational compliance.

Both domestic and international clients appreciate Donjem’s solution-oriented, pragmatic approach and his dedication to providing seamless and comprehensive service.
