We have given advice and assisted on several large, international, transactions that involved notification to the competition authorities in more than one country. Our team has extensive experience with EU/EEA and competition law as lawyers and from the Norwegian Competition Authority, the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
