Mr. Zhang was admitted to the PRC bar in 1992 and has cross-disciplinary educational backgrounds in engineering and law. In nearly 30 years of practice, he has provided all-around legal services to government agencies, enterprises, public institutions, and individuals. In recent years, Mr. Zhang has focused his practice on cases involving a great number of stakeholders and bearing significant impact over social stability and administrative compliance cases.
