Mr. Zhang was admitted to the PRC bar in 1992 and has cross-disciplinary educational backgrounds in engineering and law. In nearly 30 years of practice, he has provided all-around legal services to government agencies, enterprises, public institutions, and individuals. In recent years, Mr. Zhang has focused his practice on cases involving a great number of stakeholders and bearing significant impact over social stability and administrative compliance cases. He provided legal services for such financial cases and cases relating to letters and visits of complaints received by government agencies in Wuhan. Mr. Zhang led major projects of debt restructuring involving multiple stakeholders and provided consulting services to special taskforces of local governments across China.
